For the list of demons i notice that Satan is on the list. I havent read the manga in a while but i thought he was an angel created by God who turned against him and joined the demons because he wanted them to live
I've seen it done both ways, (more so in Christianity) but yes, I think I'll take him off the list. He's not technically a Demon, even if the kanji for Satan is Demon King (魔王).
