As the now uncontrollable Ten-Tails then begins to utilize its Tenpenchii technique, Madara declares that the fun will now begin as he clads himself with his Susanoo to shield against the beast's immense attack. Feeling sure that some of the alliance must be dead, Madara comes to see that Naruto has protected everyone again, at the cost of all his remaining power, which causes him to collapse. Declaring that he would end it as quickly and painlessly as possible, as something else had peeked his interest, Madara finds some of the alliance standing between him and Naruto, who was then being healed by Sakura Haruno.  There has been some debate on the true gender of Blue-san. Some say she was born&nbsp;male and became a woman while others say the opposite (though the latter is highly unlikely). Using the manga pages we can see she has a bit of what might be female genitals underneith her rather large male organ. Also when Jack-Sama sliced off her left D cup there was blood and no sign of silicone or other breast implants. Furthermore in the anime her big breasts jiggled as though made of real (and soft) breast meat when she jumped when Jack was about to behead her so her big soft bouncy bust is real. Though it is possible for transsexual women to develop breasts&nbsp;to that naturally&nbsp;size through early use of hormone therapy.&nbsp;This evidence leads us to feel like she is an hermaphrodite/intersex who was born with the ability to develop&nbsp;breasts and possessing both male and female crotch parts instead of being born one and changed to the other.
