Devilman Grimore or Devilman G is the most recent in the Devilman manga franchise. Written by Go Nagai, it is a retelling of the original Devilman series, with a few similaritess. Akira being best freinds with Miki and some key differences such as Himura being the leader of Dosu-Roku's gang and Akira accidently being turned into Devilman by Miki while being attacked by Demons. The manga also has many "in" jokes such as Tare saying he would pee himself if he encounterd a demon. There are characters from the original manga such as Satan, as well as characters from the 1972 anime series such asEbain and Himura.
